Aleksandar Filipović Alfi

Serbian artist, art historian and archaeologist whose distinctive visual language blends Cubism, Op Art, medieval fresco traditions and the symbolic heritage of the Vinča culture. Through mosaic-like compositions of triangles, rhythm and vivid color, he developed his own artistic expression known as Alfism.
